It's been more than 6 years since I leveled a thrower, and it was absolutely the worst leveling experience I've ever had in DDO. (For context: I've done more than 100 heroic/racial past lives.) Thrower underperforms at all levels compared to the alch nuker.

But it is hell to level, hard to find worse builds to level than throwers. So yeah, level as inquisitive while picking feats for thrower and get to 29 and respec the enhancement tree.
