In order for the search function to work properly in the shared mailbox, we have given permission to the appropriate users and they can then add the mailbox via their credentials in Outlook. WebThese scripts allow you to mass import users to a shared mailbox and gives them full control and send as permissions. It needs to be run from the Exchange Management Shell. 3 Steps total
